Got in touch with Matt, he gave advice by the use of e mails and and any questions that I had was put to him. He responded to my questions and gave advice on the pros and cons.
He contacted a company for me and I received a call from them and the process began.

I have looked everywhere trying to find somewhere to get some advice around selling my mum's home.
I no longer trust my estate agent and didn't know where else to turn. I searched the Internet and found nothing that could give me the advice I needed so searched for advice lines and there is nothing out there except for Home Selling Expert.

Got a very prompt call back from Matt who was generous with his time and took the trouble to understand a complicated inheritance auction sale issue.
He said he could recommend alternative auction houses or a reputable home buying company specializing in larger properties but had the honesty to point out I would be better off keeping my nerve and holding out for exchange of contracts with my current buyer.
His instinct and experience proved right – we did soon exchange with completion set to follow a week later.
Very much appreciate Matt’s integrity in not pushing me towards his own company or others who would pay him a commission.
